Joelle Mooney has been doing hair for 4 1/2 years. She graduated from Dallas Roberts where she served on the student council and participated in many hair shows and competions. She is certified in opulence extensions. She enjoys every minute of doing hair and every client that she meets and especially loves to make people feel better about themselves. She loves all aspects of doing hair; updos, colors, cuts, extensions, perms, and everything in between. She enjoys changing her hair, the outdoors and having a good time.
